LAUTERBACH
CELLARS GOES SOLAR!
In 2005, with
the help of Alternative Energy Inc., we installed a
3,500 watt grid tie solar system. This has been very
exciting and very successful. For the last year our electric
bill for the residence, winery, and wine storage area has totaled
$242.71. It is a great feeling to be pumping electricity
into the grid at the peak hours of need, and at the same time
greatly reducing the need for and cost of electric power. There
is no place where this makes more sense than a winery. |
